Downtown Hendersonville, hiking trails galore, zip-lining, Biltmore Estate, Asheville, white water sports - All within a 15-45 minute drive.
The home has a horseshoe pit, fire pit, and corn hole game.
There are three small spring fed creeks that you must drive through to get to the home. Sedans can go through them with ease.
Dogs are allowed with a limit of two dogs. There is a non refundable pet fee of $125 per dog. Please contact the owner directly for payment instructions for the separate fee. Payment may be made VRBO, PayPal, Venmo. Failure to notify owner of a pet may result in forfeit of deposit or cancellation of reservation.
The downstairs has a separate apartment for the property manager or owner to reside when on premises and as needs arise.
