This is a 2-bedroom Basement Legal Suite, best suited for up to 4 guests. If you're booking for more than 4 guests, please contact us.
An additional 2 guest may sleep on the mattress if you separate them in the master bed room.
Please review the photos carefully to see sleeping arrangements and ensure it meets your group’s needs before booking for more than 4 guests.
📌 Note: One Queen bed for 2 guests, for additional 2 more guest Air bed is provided. It is ideal for 6 guests maximum.
Be mindful with the basement/other tenants and guest.

Check-in: After 3:00 PM and before 7:00 PM.
For late check-ins, please don't hesitate to contact us in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

No pets allowed.
🧹 Cleanliness & Respect
Please treat the home with care as if it were your own.
Wash any dishes or place them in the dishwasher before checkout.
Dispose of garbage in the designated outside bins. Replace the garbage bags.
Report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them.

Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the house.
Please make sure to secure the garden access door using both the wooden and metal stoppers.
Do not share entry codes or keys with anyone outside your reservation.

Free Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience.
We provide reused and washed towel(s) and a body wash and shampoo in each washroom.
Please use electronics and appliances responsibly.
Turn off lights and AC/heating when not in use or when leaving the property.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety devices.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property.
You must follow the City's short-term accommodation guidelines. Refer to the Edmonton city website.

Checkout Instruction:
If you have any wet towels please leave them in the laundry bag.
Remove all the garbage's and trash out in the bins outside
If you have any recycling bottles you may leave them on the kitchen counter.
Please switch all the lights, and run the exhaust fans about 20 minutes after your last use then turn them off before you leave.
Based on your group size you may need to consider suitable lead time for the check out and please reset all the items to the original location and condition.
