At Chalet Shtom, we offer all the necessary amenities while delivering a serene and cozy space. The upstairs is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the kitchen, and a small living room perfect for playing board games or curling up with a good book.

* CHALET RULES *
1. All reservations require a security deposit of $1000 or more. Deposits are not collected automatically. A host uses the Resolution Center to upload damage documentation (photos or invoices) and request money from their guest to repair the damage. You do not have to do anything at this time regarding the security deposit and you will not have to do anything if there is no damage to the chalet and if you comply with the regulations below.
2. It is strictly forbidden to smoke or vape in the chalet. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of $ 500. There are plenty of ashtrays provided outside, please use them and wash them before your departure.
3. Maximum 2 pets permitted. Pet fees are 50$ and must be paid at the time of booking. If pets are found on the property without declaration there will be a 500$ penalty. Pets are to be tied at all times while outside.
4. Parties, excessive noise (past 23:00), and the use of fireworks are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of $ 500.
5. No outdoor use of linens provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
6. No extra guests are permitted than stated on the reservation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of $ 500. Children under 2 do not count as extra guests.
7. Do not use the chalet to charge EVs; it simply cannot support it and WILL jump the breaker.
8. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the chalet. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all customers expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers recognize that they can personally purchase insurance to protect themselves during such events.
