Summary: The hosts accommodated an early check in. When we arrived (during an extreme heatwave) the AC was turned off by the owner the day prior and the inside temperature rose to 32C. After a back and forth with property management we were able to figure out the issue. Unfortunately it was a poor beginning and that is hard to overcome. Due to hot weather we changed our hiking plans and did a lake cruise in Magog. There’s so much to see and do in the area. Otherwise the house was comfortable and very modern. There’s a lovely outdoor fire pit but the weather did not cooperate. Overall it’s a great home for couples or families.
