The is no carpeting any where in this home.
The main floor features a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and ample cabinet space. The wall of windows and doors opens onto a spacious deck with direct access to the beach. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor.
Upstairs, you`ll find a queen-sized bedroom with en suite bathroom and sound views, as well as two additional queen bedrooms, both with private Gulf front balconies. The top floor boasts a king-sized primary bedroom with a luxurious en suite bathroom featuring a free-standing jetted tub and walk-in shower. The private balcony on this floor offers stunning views of the Gulf.
The washer and dryer are located on the second floor.
This non-pet friendly home has no carpeting in any of the bedrooms and is a smoke-free property. It is also not available for events. The minimum age to rent this property is 25.
