Recently painted and tastefully furnished in Victorian fashion. My home boasts a unique charm. Located in the heart of Gordon head steps away from oceans, parks, mountains... bringing the remarkable Victoria experience close to you. The neighborhood features a residential feel and an outdoor explorers wonderland. The area offers a wide variety of amenities including rec-centers, parks, playgrounds. Local grocery stores and restaurants nearby approximately 5 min away located in Tuscany Village. The Landscape is shaped by Mountains and oceans within walking distance of the property. The famous Mount Doug Park located minutes away and viewable from the backyard allows for endless exploration and trails. Guests have full access to the main floor private and separate from the Tenants. Laundry area downstairs is shared separated by two doors and a flite of stairs; (Lockable if needed); The main floor of the house is for the guests as well as the backyard and patios; However please keep the laundry area clear unless using the laundry machines. If any concerns should arise; I live with-in the Blue house Carriage in the corner of the property;
