Summary: The room they put us in was down a hallway under construction, light outside the room on the floor/not working, room number was a sticky note, broken drywall on the ground. Adjacent rooms being plastic wrapped, construction debris in hallway. Also room was not mountain view, but a view into a retaining wall. They promised to move us in the morning, would call at checkout time. Waited, but no call. Went to reception and they claimed there were no notes about moving us. It took until 3 to move us, wasting day one of our vacation. An awful start but things were good after that.
