Up to two dogs under 50 lbs are welcome for a $250 non-refundable fee per dog — please disclose any pets before arrival, and note that per county ordinance dogs are not allowed on the beach. A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is held about 48 hours before check-in and released within 48 hours after checkout; one-night stays require an additional deposit. One note on the pool: the heater automatically shuts off when outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F to protect the equipment, so heating can't be guaranteed on the coldest days. For everyone's security, multiple exterior cameras cover the outside of the home — there are no cameras inside or in private areas.
