- The Beach House is built on stilts. All units are accessible only via outdoor staircases. Our townhouse units have an additional 2nd flight of interior stairs going up to the 2nd level. Please note that our units are not accessible for those with any difficulty on stairs.
- We consider pets on an individual basis. Feel free to contact our team if you plan to bring your pet. Keep in mind that you'll need to sign our Pet Agreement waiver and pay a nightly fee of $25 per pet.
- Enhancements in Progress: Please note that we are currently working on some landscaping work and parking structure improvements on the property. We're taking every step to minimize disruption, ensuring your comfort and enjoyment remain unaffected. Should you have any queries or need assistance, our team is here to help.
