It is returned within 7–10 days after checkout, minus a $250 standard cleaning fee, provided there is no excessive cleaning required or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Lease Information (for 3+ month stays):A separate lease agreement is required for stays of 3 months or longer. Leases continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial term unless otherwise agreed in writing. Guests must provide 14 days written notice before vacating at the end of their stay. Assignment or subletting is not permitted.
Insurance:Guests must maintain liability insurance during their stay and provide proof of coverage upon request. While not mandatory, we strongly recommend obtaining contents insurance for personal belongings.
