Positive: The property was undergoing renovations. Our first room didn't work. One bed. Two adults. Second floor. Mobility issues. Clerk went out of her way to find us a suitable room on the ground floor and helped move our luggage. She also said if we were staying there for hockey we could check out later.

Negative: I'm sure it will be better once renovations are complete
