The home features high end furnishings through out with approximately 2000 sf of living space, a beautiful terraced fully fenced backyard with raised garden planters, a sun filled and covered patio, equipped with a Gas BBQ, patio seating and an outside gas fire place. We have hosted the film crew from Pamela Anderson's "Pamela's Cooking with Love" as well as filmed segments of the show in our chefs ready kitchen.
MAIN FEATURES:
The main level features a spacious kitchen, living room and dining room with 2 sliding doors leading to a large covered patio. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and chef ready. Stainless steel appliances, gas range, quartz counter tops, larger farm sink, stock pot filler, kitchen-Aid mixer, custom centre serving island with breakfast bar. One bedroom with a Queen bed completes the lower level to help accommodate anyone with accessibility needs.
Three full bathrooms with quartz counter tops: Lower is a 4 piece with a walk-in shower and no tub. The upper is a 4 piece with a tub and shower combination and the third is a 4 piece off the master bedroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower.
Second level features a family-room with home theatre, large laundry room, two additional generous sized bedrooms, with queen beds, including a large master suite with en-suite and walk-in closet. Additional features include: central heating and air conditioning, custom roller blinds and window coverings, tiled floors, high ceilings, high end fixtures and furnishings throughout, a gas fireplace, and a garage.
