It is a nice 2BR/2Baths apartment located 1Km away from Patong Beach. It is located at the southern end of Patong Bay a short walk from the beach and night market. It access to all that Patong has to offer. There are also other beaches and tourist attractions easily accessible from this location. We have super speed wifi for your enjoyment/Netflix/YouTube
The space
We have changed everything new. New flooring, new colour, new curtains, new air con in living room and bedrooms, so do not worry with old reviews. The landlord had leased it for long term and had decided to renovate for short-term rental. Tile flooring and comfortable interiors mean that this 88 sqm apartment is a great choice for your stay. This apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 people, with sofa bed. It features two large bedrooms both with king size beds and top of the line mattresses. Two bathrooms (both with large walk-in showers) plus a kitchen and living room. Sleeping arrangement is made according to the number of guests booked. For booking up to 4 guests, 2 bedrooms are set up, each room with king size bed. Extra bed are available on request to welcome comfortably 6 adult in total, with additional charges.
The kitchen is equipped to meet all your needs (stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc.). There are 3 air conditioning throughout the apartment and free WI-FI with 300/300Mbps. The living room has a 55inch Curve Samsung Smart TV, comfortable sofa and dining table. 2 Extra beds are available on request to welcome comfortably 6 adult in total. The apartment comes with cable channels. The apartment has plenty of storage space and balcony. There is free WI-FI both in the room and throughout the property and parking is available. This property offers great value for money in an enviable location. Guests are invited to make full use of the resort’s outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing areas and fitness center.
