We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable time at the chalet. Please help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone by following these simple guidelines:
Quiet Enjoyment:
No Parties Allowed.
Keep Noise Down: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially outside and near the lake.
Outdoor Music: Music is not permitted outside the house. Inside, please keep the volume low so it cannot be heard outdoors.
Quiet Voices: Please avoid shouting or screaming outside.
No Fireworks: Fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited on the property.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels down inside after 10 PM. Absolutely No parties are allowed.
No Screaming by the Lake.
Respecting the Property:
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors.
No Confetti Inside.
Do Not Move Furniture.
Use Towels Responsibly: Please do not use towels as cleaning cloths or for removing makeup. Fees may apply for damaged towels or bedding.
Protect Surfaces: Be careful not to place hot items directly on wooden surfaces or countertops.
BBQ Gas: Always turn off the propane tank after using the BBQ.
Toilet Use: Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Guests will be charged for plumbing services needed due to improper use.
Pet Policy (if applicable):
Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
No Pets on Furniture: Please keep pets off couches and beds.
Clean Up After Pets: Do not leave any pet waste or organic material outside.
Extra Cleaning Fees: May apply if extra cleaning is required due to pets.
Hot Tub Rules:
Set Temperature: After use, please set the hot tub temperature to 98 degrees.
Close the Lid: Always close and secure the hot tub cover after each use.
No Food or Drinks: Please do not bring food, drinks, or glass into or around the hot tub.
Extra Cleaning Fees: May apply if the water needs to be changed due to misuse.
Maximum Capacity: The hot tub has a maximum capacity of 5 people. Exceeding this can damage the unit and water quality.
No Foreign Substances: Do not put alcohol, tanning oil, or flammable substances in the hot tub.
Lid Operation: To open, fold the lid backwards using the attached arms.
Jet Adjustment: Turn the Air Controls on the digital console sides to adjust jets.
Lights: Control the lights using the Light Button on the console.
Massage Speed: Press the Massage Button on the console to start. Press again after the cycle (approximately 20 minutes) to restart.
Before You Leave Checklist:
Tidy Up: Please leave the chalet in a reasonably tidy condition.
Empty Dishwasher.
No Leftover Food.
Leave Beds Unmade.
Gather Towels: Place all used towels in the downstairs bathroom.
Clear Kitchen Island.
Dispose of Trash: Put all trash in the correct bins. If bins are full, please contact us for instructions. Do not leave trash bags on the road.
Lock Up: Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked. If there is an alarm, please activate it.
Extra Cleaning Fees: May apply if the house is left in poor condition.
BBQ Usage Instructions:
Before Use:
Safety First: Place the BBQ on a stable surface away from anything flammable.
Check Propane: Ensure the propane tank is secure and check for leaks.
During Use:
Open Propane: Slowly turn the valve on the propane tank to open the gas.
Light the BBQ: Follow the specific instructions for your BBQ model. Typically, turn the burner knob to `Ignite` and press the ignition button.
Adjust Heat: Use the control knobs to set the desired temperature.
After Use:
Turn Off Burners: Turn all control knobs to the `Off` position.
Close Propane: Turn the valve on the propane tank to fully close the gas.
Clean Grill: Use the provided brush to remove food residue.
Cleaning and Storage:
Clean Grill: Ensure the grill is clean for the next use.
Check Condition: Briefly inspect the BBQ for any damage.
Cover BBQ: Use the cover (if provided) to protect it from the weather.
Safety Guidelines:
Never leave the BBQ unattended while in use.
If the BBQ goes out, wait a few minutes before trying to relight it.
Use gloves when handling hot parts.
Keep a fire extinguisher nearby.
Note: If the propane tank is low, please contact us.
Indoor Sauna Guidelines and Rules:
Note: The sauna heater takes 10-20 minutes to heat up. Do not pour excessive water on the rocks as this can damage the electrical equipment. Do not hang clothes to dry in the sauna as it is a fire hazard.
Turn On Power: Locate the electrical panel in the Gym and turn the power switch ON.
Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Button to MAX.
Set Timer: Set the Timer Button to 1 hour and wait for the sauna to reach the desired temperature.
Turn Off: When finished, turn off the Temperature and Timer buttons.
Power Off: Crucially, remember to turn OFF the power switch on the electrical panel in the gym after use.
General Reminders:
You are responsible for any damaged or lost equipment during your stay.
Please keep outdoor cushions dry and clean. Store them in the Deck Box if rain is expected and before you leave.
No Fireworks Allowed on the Premises.
Do Not Rearrange Furniture or Decorations.
Ensure all doors are locked and all lights are turned off before you check out.
No Outdoor Shoes Inside the House.

Musique Extérieure : La musique n`est pas permise à l`extérieur de la maison. À l`intérieur, veuillez garder le volume bas afin qu`il ne soit pas entendu à l`extérieur.
Voix Calmes : Veuillez éviter de crier ou hurler à l`extérieur.
Feux d`Artifice Interdits : Les feux d`artifice et les pétards sont strictement interdits sur la propriété.
Heures Calmes : Veuillez baisser le niveau sonore à l`intérieur après 22h.
Pas de Cris au Bord du Lac.
Respect de la Propriété :
Interdiction de Fumer ou de Vapoter à l`Intérieur.
Pas de Confettis à l`Intérieur.
Ne Déplacez Pas les Meubles.
Utilisation Responsable des Serviettes : Veuillez ne pas utiliser les serviettes comme chiffons de nettoyage ou pour vous démaquiller. Des frais peuvent s`appliquer pour les serviettes ou la literie endommagées.
Protégez les Surfaces : Veuillez faire attention de ne pas poser d`objets chauds directement sur les surfaces en bois ou les comptoirs.
Gaz du BBQ : Veuillez toujours fermer la bonbonne de propane après avoir utilisé le BBQ.
Utilisation des Toilettes : Seul le papier hygiénique doit être jeté dans les toilettes. Les clients seront facturés pour les services de plomberie nécessaires en cas d`utilisation inappropriée.

Les animaux sont tolérés sous certaines conditions.
