Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was excellent — close to everything we needed and in a convenient, accessible area. It made getting around really easy, whether we were walking or driving. It was great to have parking available on site. The price was also very reasonable for what was offered, especially compared to other places in the area. On top of that, the host was communicative and responsive, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. They were also very helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

Negative: The heating system was quite loud, and parts of it were actually falling off, which made the space feel poorly maintained and a bit unsettling. Some sections of the flooring were missing or damaged, which gave the apartment an unfinished look and could pose a tripping hazard. There was also junk left in the driveway, which affected the first impression upon arrival. Inside, several closets and drawers were still filled with leftover items and clutter, making the space feel less clean and not fully prepared for guests. A bit of basic maintenance and a proper clean-out would really improve the overall experience.

Summary: Great price and location. Needs some maintenance.
