It is a nice studio with beautiful built-in furniture with all the facilities needed. There is very small balcony with washer and air con condenser located so you can open it for smoking but I still suggest to smoke at ground floor as it will make our apt smelly and non smokers can notice that (we are non-smoking apartment) There are sea view rooftops to visit, however, this studio apartment is facing the city of Pattaya so it is city view from the window and balcony. It is located only 300 meters to Pattaya walking street. There is a free shuttle to the city and Pattaya beach.
Free car park, swimming pools, gym, children garden, joking track and free private Wifi.
Do not smoke in the Apartment and do not throw tissues in the toilet bowl.
Host is contactable most of the time until 7.30pm so lets communicate before late night.
Studio of 22 sqm on 32nd floor with Pattaya city view. It is the best building in the South of Pattaya with two swimming pools with slider, mountain climber, sauna, Fitness center and car parking (all free of charge). The apartment is fully furnished with all you need to make your life and your stay so happy. Washer, 48 inches Smart Curve TV, Kitchen with stove and hood, Refrigerator, kettle and toaster, Private wifi, Air cons, safety box, working table, King size bed with top mattress.
Please note:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any cigarette odor in the apartment will be charged a penalty of 10,000 Baht.
- No Durian or Mongosteen consumed in the apartment due to its smells and colors on linens unwashable. Penalty of 5,000 Baht will be charged if do not obay.
- Water and electricity are included in price.
- Your guests are welcome in the apartment but please note that you will be held responsible for any damages/theft/misconduct caused by your accompanying party
- Pets are not allowed
- Do not throw tissue in the toilet bowls
- Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, any use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authority.
- Please keep all valuables in the lock box provided and keep all bags locked when leaving the apartment. Host will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
- You should leave the apartment before or at the check-out time stated. (Please contact host in advance for any possibility of late check out)
- Before leaving, you are obliged to leave the apartment in good condition, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied.
- Whenever you leave the apartment, please off the lights, air cons and water, we have full right to enter your apartment to off it when you go out. The main reason is to prevent any Fire accident, which you will be responsible in full.
